A free tool, provided as is
This generator, its templates and its blank downloads are free to use. We provide them “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty that they are error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the site, including lost documents, lost income or penalties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.
Not tax or legal advice
The verdict card, the “Ready to send?” checklist, the legal notes and the country pages are guidance. They are based on the official rules as we last checked them, on the date stated on each page (currently 24 October 2026). Rules change, and your situation may have details the tool does not ask about. The tool does not file returns or send anything to a tax authority or network. For decisions about your business, ask an accountant, tax adviser or lawyer.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content and correctness of the documents you create: names, numbers, tax rates, amounts and notes. Check every document before you send it.
Your documents are stored only in your browser on your device. We cannot see or restore them. Keep regular backups through My documents, especially before clearing your browser data or changing devices.
Fair and lawful use
Use this tool only for genuine documents of your own business or for which you are authorised. You must not use it to create fake receipts or invoices, to deceive anyone, to commit fraud or tax evasion, or to impersonate another business or person. Only add a signature you are entitled to use. An image of a signature is not a qualified electronic signature.
Templates and downloads
You may use the templates, designs and blank files (PDF, Word and Excel) for your own business documents, including commercial use, free of charge. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves as a product, or copy the site.
Changes to these terms
