Privacy policy

Short version: your invoices never leave your device. We do not have an account system and we cannot see your documents.

the operator of tidybills.com · Poland · contact@tidybills.com · Cloudflare, Inc.

Who is responsible

The operator of this site is named in the line shown above, together with the country and the e-mail address for privacy questions. You can contact us at the e-mail address shown above about anything on this page.

Your documents stay on your device

This generator runs entirely in your browser. Invoices, quotes, receipts, your business profile, saved clients, saved items, numbering and signatures are processed by the page on your own device and stored in your browser’s storage (IndexedDB and localStorage). They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else. There is no account, no sign-up and no login, so we hold no copy of your data and cannot restore it for you.

PDFs and e-invoice files are created on your device. When you use Share, the e-mail draft buttons or Copy message, your own apps (for example your mail app, Gmail, Outlook.com or WhatsApp) open with the text or file, and you decide whether to send it. We see nothing of this.

Deleting your data

Open My documents and choose Delete everything to remove all documents, clients and settings from this browser. Clearing the site data in your browser settings has the same effect. Make a backup first if you want to keep anything.

Hosting

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the requested page in order to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks and abuse. These logs do not contain your documents. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are used, and Google AdSense to show ads that fund this free tool. Neither runs until you agree in our consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you decline, the generator works exactly the same. Google may process data such as your IP address, device information and cookie identifiers, and may transfer data outside your country; see Google’s own privacy information for details.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the consent settings link in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Because your documents are stored only on your device, you can exercise most of these rights yourself, directly in your browser. For anything else, write to the e-mail address shown above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work.

Changes

We update this policy when the site or the services we use change. This version was last updated on 24 October 2026.
